It was incredible to happen upon the opening night of one of my vegan culinary idols, ‘s new restaurant, Bar Verde – Vegan Mexican deliciousness on 2nd Ave in Manhattan! AND when I told the waiter about the fact that I’m a huge fan, and how I own ALL of Mathew’s recipe books, he let me have a sneak peek at this unreleased pre press copy of his new recipe book! So amazing! I can’t wait to add it to my collection! Definitely check out Bar Verde and his other restaurant (vegan pizza and more) right next door!
