The Black Trans Lives Matter Rally at the Brooklyn Museum today was so incredibly beautiful! It was great to get away for the past few weeks but I’m so happy to be home. In a city with so much diversity, beauty, creativity and passion for change. The street was packed with the most gorgeous array of cultures, ethnic backgrounds and styles. Everyone wore white (except me because I literally do not own a single white piece of clothing. Nothing even close.

My rainbow dress was the closest I could do. I never understood why one would choose a white piece of clothing when there are so many amazing colors!). The diversity, intelligence, passion and peacefulness of the crowd was stunning. So happy to be able to contribute to this historic movement of change. Let’s do this!
