“Lola is BACK on the Boardwalk Party” 3PM on May 16th

It is soooooo good to be back in my old shop on the boardwalk! It feels like a piece of my soul has been restored!

The energy in Coney Island feels completely different this year. There is a remarkable sense of hopefulness! You will feel it as soon as you step off the train onto the beach, Coney Island has emerged! A new chapter is beginning!

It is extremely exciting that the incredible new Luna Park will be opening their gates to reveal a new world of thrills and amusement on Memorial Weekend! There are so many other exciting events happening in Coney Island this year!

I’ve been working hard, transforming the shop back into the pink wonderland of fabulousness! I am still gluing pink feathers, installing circus lights, painting glitter and illuminating glowing clouds!

Please celebrate with us at the “Lola is back on the Boardwalk Party” on May 16th!! The festivities will begin at 3PM at Lola Star and overflow onto the outdoor table nextdoor at Ruby’s Bar and Grill. We will have special sales, prizes, toasts to the fuchsia future of Lola Star, and dancing!

I am so trilled to be back! Please swing by and visit if you are in Coney Island! And please celebrate with us on May 16th! But don’t worry if you can’t make it, we will be having ANOTHER celebration party shortly afterward for the (fingers crossed) opening of our shop inside the Stilwell Ave subway station and then soon after that for the opening of Dreamland Roller Rink!!
