Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Each piece is designed with intention and produced in small batches, often hand-printed or made to order. This means your order is created especially for you — and requires a little extra time.

 

 

 

 

Order Processing & Production Time

 

All items are produced in small batches and/or made to order.

  • Processing + Production Time: 3–10 business days (unless otherwise noted on the product page)
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST may begin processing the following business day

Please note:

Production time is separate from shipping time.

Because each item is individually printed or produced, processing times may vary depending on order volume.

 

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on

  • Order weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

We may offer:

  • Flat-rate shipping
  • Carrier-calculated rates
  • Promotional free shipping (when applicable)

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Split Shipments

 

 

 

Because items may be produced in different batches or locations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

 

 

 

Delays & Service Interruptions

While we work hard to meet our timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Production constraints
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or natural events
  • Customs processing (for international orders)

We are not responsible for delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier. 

 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be re-shipped
  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address submission

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim

If you need assistance, we are happy to help guide you through the process.

 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or store credit.

 

International Shipping & Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Any additional fees required by their country

These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders begin production quickly:

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase
  • After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications

 

Local Pickup 

 

If local pickup is offered, you will receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
